    Boost Your Productivity & Performance

Is your computer slow?  Before you decide to throw in the towel, you might want to consider increasing your performance with an upgrade. Here's a list of standard upgrades to get your computer back in shape.

Our favorite upgrade in 2017 continues to be SSD drives.  Solid state drives are fast.  Your old hard drive is most likely an SATA or yikes! an IDE drive.  Boost your startup time.  An average SSD configured correctly can get Windows 10 up and run in 10-15 Seconds. SATA might take 1 minute or more.  SSD drives will speed everything up on your computer that reads or rights to the drive including virtual memory the stuff that runs your computer when your RAM is full.

Another Favorite upgrade is Dual or Triple monitors!  It's amazing how this will help multi-task!  I will never go back.  I tried three monitors, but it's just too much for me.

RAM upgrades are a classic performance booster.  If you have less than 8 Gigs, you should consider upgrading some RAM.    RAM may be a wise investment for a modest performance boost.  You will need to do some research and make sure your computer can handle more RAM and what type you need.

    1. Windows 10 offers some new features as well as enhanced performance.
    2. USB 3.0 ports and devices provide a 10X increase of speed.  USB 3.0 ports in most cases have an insert on the port colored blue.

If you use graphic intensive programs such as 3d games or Cad a top end video card is a must.

If your CPU is only single or Dual Core, you might want to consider a motherboard upgrade! However, the new motherboard may not support your current case, power supply, RAM.  It may be time to compare a major upgrade to a new PC.

If this is the case, you may need some help transferring some files and setting your new system up.  We do this all the time.  Check out our store it's connected to Amazon.com! The world's largest retailer of goods.  Have it delivered in just a couple of days and schedule us to come out and transfer your data and set up all your peripherals including home networking.

If you are purchasing a small to mid range PC, it might not come with an SSD Solid State Drive.  New PC deployment is an excellent time for us to add an SSD drive even to boost that new computer performance to the max.
